Spannende Geschichte in der deutschen Hong Kong Community ist z.Z. dieser Fall:
No passport, no money and no way to get home
SCMP erlaubt nur vom Suchmaschinen Referrer aus, auf den Volltext zu verlinken, daher hier nur der Google Referrer und kein direkter Link. Mal schauen, ob der naechstes Jahr auch noch funktioniert. Da bekommt ein Deutscher, der bisher in Schanghai Arbeit hatte und nach Aussagen seines Arbeitgebers auch jederzeit wieder hat, keinen neuen Reisepass. Er haengt deswegen in Hong Kong fest.
Dem Hong Konger Journalisten John Carney, der im Interesse des Gestrandeten recherchiert, steht es nach Meinung der deutschen Konsulatsmitarbeiter nicht zu, naehere Hintergruende zu erfahren:

'Despite his giving the Sunday Morning Post (SEHK: 0583, announcements, news) permission to ask the German consulates in Hong Kong and Shanghai for the details on his case, neither would comment.

Achim Schkade, deputy consul general for the Federal Republic of Germany in Hong Kong, said: "Pertinent legal regulations on privacy and data protection do not allow us to discuss single cases with a third party. These regulations apply in the best own interest of those concerned.'

What does not get clear in the SCMP Article is that:
I live and Work since 2005 in Shanghai,before since 1977 in London
and I am a Critic of the German Regime.
I am a German Regime Critic since 1982 ‘s big Recession in Europe cast by the ECU System introduced in1977- by Helmut Schmidt of Germany and Vallery Giscard D’Estaigne - also opposed by Mrs Thatcher in here Maastricht Speech of 1987.

The ECU System lead to the Euro Introduction and now to the Euro Crisis in Europe and possible to the break up of the EU and the loss of all money savings of German citizen.
In 1982 my Company Head Quarter was raided by the German Customs and Inland Revenue,staying there for for 3 Month and I had to pay immediately 150 000 DM deposit otherwise Jail.After 6 years in the courts,they lost and had to give the money back plus 6000 DM I overpaid taxes. That’s the German way to get Critics out of the way by sending the Taxmen or finding an old unpaid tax bill.
Latest as a German Journalist is telling me, the Foreign Office Spokes Women in Berlin
is questioning if I am really a German  …while the German Consulate wants to send me “home” to Germany ,but my home is Shanghai.

Further I praise the Chinese System in my Comments since 10 Years and fight for a Peaceful Future on the Eurasian Continent.
Obviously my stand does not suit the German Regime, who through the Liberal Democrat Parties Fridrich Naumann Foundation (FDP) financed the Riots in Lhasa and Urumqui were mostly Han Chinese got killed.
My political Coments don’t suit the USA Killer Generation ither,who with the Spin doctoring of the sinking the Cheonan by there foreign secretary Clinton and the Introduction of the so called Jasmine Revolution in China by then US ambassador to Beijing Jon Huntsman are trying to cause Chaos in Asia Pacific ,hoping by splitting up China the USA avoids paying back its Trillions of Dollar Loan they borrowed from the Bank of China.
Unfortunately in my case, the small Party of so called Liberals (FDP) in Germany, is in Control of the Foreign Department and they manage by refusing to give me a new Passport as my pages for a new Visa to China are full.
I have no problem to get a new Visa to China if only I had a page left in my Passport!

Firstly thank you for your Interest.
Now we seem to be at square 1 again with the Forign Ministry in Berlin again.
After I refused to be a Social Security Case of Germany ,they start at scratch and checking if I am German .

I dis s send my “Familienbuch”scan stating that I am German and it was approved on 9th of February 2011

Now as many Journalists are phoning the Ausenamt Berlin,a Spokeswomen is stating that they are checking again if I am realy a German.
Already in Shanghai the Consulate had all they requested to give me a new passport and when I cam to get my passport a Mrs.Dentsch took my old one and did not give it back to me till I signed a letter absolving the Consulate of any wrongdoing.
It looks to me as if I enter a German Consulate they are all from former east Germany and want the third Reich back.
Next thing they came with the tax story, also here I got a email from the relevant tax office claiming my UK NI number that’s all the withholding of an passport was never his intention,all he
Wantet,so he is saying now,to know were I pay my tax. Hahahaha,if you live in China you pay in China….
That’s the way the Germans are getting wit of unwanted Regime Critics, at least its not the first time for me so I know, but before I earned money, now I can’t.
The latest here is the Consulate in a private meeting offered me to pay a flight to Germany a Flat there and a flight back to Shanghai when I obtained my new Passport as if they would give me a new passport here the would admit that they where wrong from the beginning.Next thing the Social Security in Germany wanted to know the Names of my Relatives to get the money from them.But I am not a social case, all my live I worked and made my own money, I want compensation from the Consulate and from Germany, for loss of Furniture ,Penthouse, Clothing and almost died because of there negligence.Now I look for a good lawyer to bring may case forward, here or in London, not in Germany or the EU,as I don’t trust them.

Wenn Du meinst Progress waere auch in der Freigabe des RMB und Deine Meinung wird wahr,dann sollte sich der Westen warm anziehen.

Schattenwirtschaft auch im Banken Sektor muss natuerlich legalisiert werden........Deutschland keine Ahnung darin und ungenuegend, China sehr gut darin.....

Aber eine Volkswirtschaft die eigentlich die Groesste ist (volumen) und noch "manufacturing" dazu
wird bei der Freigabe des RMB zur puren Handelsnwirtschaft,darauf folgt der Untergang der USA garantiert....
