Now we seem to be at square 1 again with the Forign Ministry in Berlin again.
After I refused to be a Social Security Case of Germany ,they start at scratch and checking if I am German .
I dis s send my “Familienbuch”scan stating that I am German and it was approved on 9th of February 2011

Now as many Journalists are phoning the Ausenamt Berlin,a Spokeswomen is stating that they are checking again if I am realy a German.
Already in Shanghai the Consulate had all they requested to give me a new passport and when I cam to get my passport a Mrs.Dentsch took my old one and did not give it back to me till I signed a letter absolving the Consulate of any wrongdoing.
It looks to me as if I enter a German Consulate they are all from former east Germany and want the third Reich back.
Next thing they came with the tax story, also here I got a email from the relevant tax office claiming my UK NI number that’s all the withholding of an passport was never his intention,all he
Wantet,so he is saying now,to know were I pay my tax. Hahahaha,if you live in China you pay in China….
That’s the way the Germans are getting wit of unwanted Regime Critics, at least its not the first time for me so I know, but before I earned money, now I can’t.
The latest here is the Consulate in a private meeting offered me to pay a flight to Germany a Flat there and a flight back to Shanghai when I obtained my new Passport as if they would give me a new passport here the would admit that they where wrong from the beginning.Next thing the Social Security in Germany wanted to know the Names of my Relatives to get the money from them.But I am not a social case, all my live I worked and made my own money, I want compensation from the Consulate and from Germany, for loss of Furniture ,Penthouse, Clothing and almost died because of there negligence.Now I look for a good lawyer to bring may case forward, here or in London, not in Germany or the EU,as I don’t trust them.
