Hilferuf aus Shanghai! Uni-assist &TU Berlin

Hallo,ich stamme aus China und habe in Shanghai studiert.Vor ein paar Tage habe ich mein Bachlorabschluss-zeugnis beglaubigt und mich um einen Studienplatz im Masterstudiengang der TU Berlin bewerben.Daher sende ich meine Bewerbungsunterlagen zur Vorprüfung bei uni-assist aber die Bewerbungstatus gestern fehlerhaft wurde.Ich habe alle Unterlagen vorlegt und bin besorgt,weil die Frist der 1. Juli ist.Kann Jemand mich helfen?Ich will alles fuer Euch in China tun! ~~~~~

或者把交给他们的材料提出来，听说直接当面交到柏林工大也行，虽然它网页上写的要通过uni-assist…但是这样就相当麻烦。

The conclusion after the phone call is:
If you want to use the service of uni-assist.de you have to submit your original certificates in time. All required documents have to be complete before they are allowed to register you for your choosen Master study at the TUB.
(send by post - no other methods possible! (fax, email etc.) will be not accepted).
The documents must have arrived before the deadline! (which is tomorrow (July 1st)
even with speedpost/express not even possible anymore
-> in this aspect you are already not able to register for the upcoming semester anymore. At least not by using their service.
Sorry to tell you that.

Maybe another oppurtinity for you is to contact the TU Berlin directly. It is up to them whether they may allow you to hand in the original certificates later and show the proof first, or not.

Thanks a lot!我之前还以为你母语是中文，还想跟你要qq号~~~ 那我试着用英语解释一下，虽然不太好。
Chinese student muss submit APS-certificate,which prove the authenticity of education.But TU Berlin's info for master applicants doesn't make it clear whether the certificate must be after graduate updated.It only says one muss hand in the updated certificate till registration at university.But in China the updated certificate isn't available for new Graduate until September,only a beweis.pdf.
And APS is necessary for applicants from China,Vietnam and Mongolia.╮(╯_╰)╭

看来妳在柏林大学学习 不容易。 我也想妳要话跟妳的Prof说。
Probably your Prof. or the Authority of the TUB themself can give you the permit to still apply for this semester.
I hope you'll find a way to get in there and I wish you good luck aswell.

Should you decide to register for the semester in next year and you got your final certificate, then you can try to use the uni-assist again. It seems they are quite helpful but unfortunately have limited abilities
