Looking for German Interpreter for trade fair “electronica Munich 2018”

Sinno Electronics is a professional independent distributor in the field of electronic components, which was founded in Shenzhen in 2006 - today, generates annual sales of 30 million US dollar.
Job Details:
During electronica 11 Nov 2018 -16 Nov 2018, we need a business interpreter/translator (German/Chinese) to present our product and service for attracting new customers from the European/German market.
The candidate should be (or should have):
• native speaker of German
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Experience in trade fair interpretation preferred
• An excellent understanding of cultural differences between China and Germany
• Demonstrate high reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ideally you have a basic knowledge of electronic industry
• Have strong verbal communication skills and enjoy interacting with people
Sinno Electronics provides:
Expenses such as food, entrance ticket and soft drinks will be paid by Sinno Electronics.
*Otherwise, all the additional fee such as accommodation (if you are not from metropolitan area Munich), transportation (trip from home to electronica), and outfit should be beard by the Interpreter individually.
Estimated work days and hours:
12. Nov. 2018 - 16. Nov 2018
from 9:30am to 5:30pm each day
Salary:
€180,00 per day

Gemessen an den Anforderungen und der Notwendigkeit (ggf.) selbst zu versteuern und zu versichern wären eher 300,- € am Tag ein fairer Preis

und wenn man Kosten für Anreise/Hotel noch mit dazu nimmt, sind die 300€ immer noch viel zu wenig. Es wird schließlich ein dreisprachiger Übersetzer gesucht (DE/EN/CN) und wenn man die eigenen Geschäftskosten miteinrechnet ... ich kenn das jetzt aus dem IT Bereich ... 180€ Tagessatz? Da steh ich nicht mal dafür auf!

Wir sind auch bereit, 300,00 Euro am Tag zu zahlen.

Mit Schwerpunkt, jemand der gut deutsch kann
Zur Bezahlung kann ich wenig sagen, zur Besteuerung noch weniger. Der Zoll bewegt sich aber aktiv auf den grossen Messen wegen Plagiaten und Schwarzarbeit.
Um die Legalitaet sollte sich der Bewerber selber kuemmern, ich glaube nicht dass der Aussteller das schafft.
