Looking for Job as German/English Language Teacher in China

Description:
I am looking for a teaching job in/near Shanghai or Beijing, 10-20 hours/week on a long term basis (for at least one year).
Beginning: summer or autumn 2005.
Qualifications:
M. A. degree in English Philology, Postgraduate Certificate in 'Intercultural Communication' (i.e. German as a Foreign/Second Language, Didactics, Area Studies, Sociology of Migration), finished a beginners' course in Chinese at Frankfurt University. German is my native language.
Further European languages: French, Spanish.
Experience:
5-week course in Teaching Practice, 10 months Foreign Language Assistant in Birmingham/England, 3 years Foreign Language School near Frankfurt, 6 months University of Frankfurt.
I am currently employed by an energy supply company.
