Please don't send more of these unqualified teachers to Taiwan. No wonder most Taiwanese don't speak proper English even though they have studied it for years. People have a right to be taught by a "real" teacher!

Who is sending unqualified teachers? We are not an agency and we don't send anyone anywhere. We provide a platform where teachers and unqualified people can leave the resumes' in hope of finding work.
That so many Taiwanese people don't speak proper English has mostly to do with English not being their native language. And to acquire a fluent speech for the second language after the age of 7 is for most people a very difficult task. I would say two in ten have no or little problems and the others have some kind of language disabilities which range from bad hearing, insufficient sound recognition, memorizing vocabularies to grammar. Or simply, at last laziness to deal with those difficulties.
One last sentence don't call anyone unqualified unless you know them and their qualifications.

Unqualified English teachers are non native speaker with no relevant degree, native speakers with no relevent degree, backpackers who want to earn a quick buck and College students who can't find a job in their home country.

If you are getting a job or not depends on the person hiring you.
Who will be, don't worry, not necessarily be mesheel!
If you aren't a native English speaker, but qualified than it's gone be difficult to be sponsored, but not totally impossible and if you are from an English speaking country, it's going to be easy even your English is non standard.
Who wants to learn English from who/ with whom, is decided on a two party basis. If third parties want to get involved and say you can't do this. Fine! enjoy your day.
